iCouple upgraded to WordPress 2.1

WordPress 2.1 codename “Ella” was rolled out yesterday as a major update for WordPress since version 2.0 (Download the new version). Considering about 550 bug fixes and bunch of new things, bloggers should feel excited to update their blogs soon.
Amongst the what’s new list of WP 2.1, I found those following features are more than welcome 
:
- Autosave makes sure you never lose a post again.
- New tabbed editor allows users to switch between WYSIWYG and code editing instantly while writing a post.
- Completely redone visual editor also now includes spell checking
- Ability to set any “page” to be the front page of your site, and put the latest posts somewhere else, making it much easier to use WordPress as a CMS
- Much more efficient database code, faster than previous versions
- More AJAX to make custom fields, moderation, deletions, and more all faster
- Pages can now be drafts, or private
- The upload manager lets you easily manage all your uploads pictures, video, and audio
- A new version of the Akismet plugin is bundled
In fact, my site is upgraded to WP 2.1 this afternoon. The whole process take around 1 hour to finish and few more hours to stress test. Luckily nothing went wrong so far, things are pretty set, plugins are updated to the latest versions to ensure they could work fine with WP 2.1.
The most important plugin for me is Ultimate Tag Warrior seems to have a little problem when comments for a post are approved, the tags of that post would be swept up!. Christine (UTW’s author) are aware of that problem, you can read here for the update version of UTW and the work around go fix it. Other plugins are up and running seamlessly as I wish, check my plugins page for details information; all the plugins listed there mean they are compatible with WP 2.1.
If you gonna update your blog, make sure you backup everything first, then check the Compatible List of Plugins to see any download necessary, take a deep breath and you are good to go

WP dùng php code kèm theo CSS thui, open source mà, được cái customize rất mạnh, nhiều plugins và add-ons, thêm nữa là community support rất hùng hậu
rất hợp với blogging site.
Tính năng mới thì ko bít show cụ thể ra sao vì đa số là improve ở back-end, hiện tại tui đang kiếm thêm plugins làm phong phú thêm cho front-end, sẽ từ từ đưa thêm vào site
vãi lều. Đi đến mấy site đều thấy quote icouple
