iPhone has been available American-wide since last Friday afternoon – the iDay. Until now, the reports said half of million iPhone have been sold. That’s pretty good news for both Apple and AT&T
Let’s take a look at iPhone in actions!

(I personally don’t have an iPhone yet; all the photos are taken from online sources, credit belongs to the original authors. If you buy an iPhone and it doesn’t look like these photos below then it’s not my responsibility)

FYI, iPhone CAN work as a touchscreen iPod and Wifi device WITHOUT AT&T SIM card. It simply means that if you are outside of US, or you are not an AT&T subscriber; you still can buy iPhone and use it as an iPod and access the Internet via Wifi; you just cannot make/receive phone calls
(Read more here)
Pause a moment and think: 500USD for 4Gb model (or 600USD for 8GB model), wide-screen + touchscreen iPod, no need to pay for AT&T contract and its monthly fees, Wifi-ready (surf the net, check email …
, sync-able with iTunes, and most importantly – it satisfies your need
Not bad at all, and I’m tempting …

The only thing I’m missing is the freaking sexy black gorgeous device on the right hand side, and I guess I’m not the only one who feel crazy about that most coolest phone on Earth

So will you buy an iPhone ?
Definitely, if I can use it as a phone in Singapore …
I surely will buy one, sooner than I think right now, I just can’t confirm when
Some are trying to get Skype works on iPhone, so anyone can make a call without SIM card (like what u still doing in your PC). Sweet!
And some are trying harder to hack iPhone’s firmware to accept other SIM cards, I guess we shall see non-US fully functioning iPhone in next month
$500 is with a 2 year plan with AT&T (at least $39.99/month + tax and fee => $45/month), so if you just want the iPhone, you need $500 + $200 to break the contract => $700 for a 4Gb iPod with Wifi?
im selling a brand new iphone 3gs 16gb. i just took a line. so its brand new. i need fast cash. so please get back to me if u wanna purchase it. contact me at 98197693. thanks
The current 5Gen iPod is about 200-300 USD. If the next version come out with Widescreen + Touchscreen, the price sure can reach 400-500USD. Considering iPhone already has that unique feature, plus Wifi capability => price cannot be below 500USD.
If you’re a Web 2.0 developer who want to deploy your web 2.0 apps on phones, you won’t even need AT&T SIM card. If u have an iPhone, u don’t need to carry your iPod, (sometimes) your notebook for surfing the Net
But as we all know, Apple stuffs are (always) over-priced, American knew that much better than anyone else.
So I didn’t say iPhone is cheap; but if you go for it, it’s understandable
Well, if you’re a web apps dev who wants to deploy your web apps on phones, why choose such an expensive phone.
I agree that you might want to use iPhone as an iPod, but it’s only 4Gb, the OS and apps takes 1Gb to 2Gb => that leaves you with only 2Gb of music. So if you dont like to update your music regularly, you still need to have an iPod with you.
If you want to use iPhone as a phone with wifi internet, there are so many cheaper options
I personally don’t think Ipod’s huge capacity is a good lead, I’ve never used up to half of my 30GB and honestly to say 8GB iPhone is fairly enough.
Another thing that I’ve seen any1 here mention is fashionable style of iPhone. Consider between Mac and Windows, I’ll pick Windows for functionality and Mac for the look-and-feel and easy-to-use. Same for the phones.
my 2 cent
@Huy: for the stylish looking and friendly usage of iPhone (and all other Apple’s products), I think no one could deny it
Love @ 1st sight! Been a Mac user for years, I never look back.
iPhone should come to Europe/AU/Asia sooner I hope; say this Christmas would be great
I would rather wait until they update their iPod rather than cripple my (very) expensive iPhone…
Which is already crippled. It has bluetooth, but the bluetooth won’t work for syncing wirelessly with your computer, and it won’t work for syncing with other phones. Only for earphones.

Can iphone install microsoft words/P.P? and download software application like Dopod?
Can iphone install microsoft words/P.P? and download software application like Dopod?
Hi Vicky, iPhone currently don’t support 3rd party software like Words, P.P… Apple only allows software in web-based form, and have to access via Safari. Developers are hoping that they will release the iPhone SDK supporting wide range of app, but I don’t think it will be during this year. Meanwhile, you can take a look at iPhone Web Apps to see what kind of web-based software you can use
Now you can buy the decoded iPhone from Hong Kong and China. about S$820. They got Chinese and English version, can use with any sim card. Now fly to Hong Kong is cheaper then fly to KL by budget airline.

I found your blog searching yahoo for phone systems websites and came across your blog.
Alot of bloggers are not very pleased with this new iPad.There was 2 much hype about it and alot blogers got turned off.You see, I can actually see great deal of the awesome potential of the device. Third-party applications for playing tunes, games, newspapers and magazines and books, all kinds of cool stuff, but IMHO they failed to sell it very well (excluding the books). It looks rather not finished
Pretty fantastic post. I encountered your blog and wanted to say your information seems legit. Will keep reading. Thanks.
how much do you sell th iphone?i am really interested to bye one.
Thanks for this post!…
